ValER procurement is subject to Real Decreto Legislativo 3/2011,14th November, approving the revised text of Ley de contratos del Sector Público (TRLCSP). For procurement through harmonized regulation, ValER applied the precepts of the TRLCSP. For procurement that is not subject to harmonized regulation, ValER will apply the procurement instructions by the applicable regulations.
