Evaluation Committees

The success and impact of this ValER call is directly related to the quality of the selection and evaluations procedures. ValER will carry an intensive search for the best evaluators and scientific professionals around the world to be part of the evaluation panels. The evaluators can not be members of the local scientific community since our aim is to ensure the independence of evaluators. Among thirty to forty five independent evaluators will participate in this ValER Senior Call under the coordination of the mentors of the ValER Scientific Advisory Board.

Our evaluation system depends essentially on the criteria of prestigious experts, specially trained to recognize excellence.

ValER evaluators are part of a determined panel for a specified period of time not exceeding five years. This ensures the right balance between experience and turnover. The identity of the evaluators will only be disclosed after they stop providing services to the panel.
