BOARD COMPOSITION
ValER’s governing body is the Board, chaired by the Head of the Conselleria with competences in science policy, currently the Conseller de Educación, Cultura, Universidades y Empleo. The President of the Generalitat, Juan Francisco Pérez Llorca is the Honorary President.
The composition of the board is very diverse, since this project requires the participation of all social groups. In addition to the Consellerias of the Generalitat such as Health, Finance and Labour, science, universities and the business sector are represented on the board of trustees.

The delegated committee is composed of the Scientific Director, the Manager, and the Secretary of the Autonomous Region with competencies in scientific policy, with not less than three and not more than five members, appointed by the Board.
