d&#8217;Excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia <\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-621e894 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" Fundaci\u00f3 de la Comunitat Valenciana d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia o Valencian Foundation for Excellence in Research va ser creada per la Generalitat Valenciana en 2021 amb la finalitat d\u2019enfortir el Sistema Valenci\u00e0 de Ci\u00e8ncia i Investigaci\u00f3 (SVCI), mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019atracci\u00f3 i consolidaci\u00f3 de persones investigadores de tot el m\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El context actual cient\u00edfic i acad\u00e8mic est\u00e0 marcat per una competitivitat necess\u00e0ria que condu\u00efx a l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i permet donar resposta als problemes actuals de la societat. Per eixe motiu, ValER planteja noves formes de contractaci\u00f3 capaces de competir amb sistemes d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 d\u2019altres pa\u00efsos, per a atraure d\u2019eixa manera personal cient\u00edfic i acad\u00e8mic del m\u00e9s alt nivell.<\/p><p>Aix\u00ed mateix, ValER oferix contractes permanents a investigadors i investigadores de tot el m\u00f3n per a desenrotllar la seua carrera professional a la Comunitat Valenciana. Eixa contractaci\u00f3 es dur\u00e0 a terme mitjan\u00e7ant concursos p\u00fablics en r\u00e8gim de concurr\u00e8ncia competitiva a escala internacional, en els quals el criteri de valoraci\u00f3 \u00e9s l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia investigadora.<\/p><p>ValER \u00e9s una instituci\u00f3 oberta que treballa juntament amb\u00a0 les universitats i centres d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 de la Comunitat Valenciana. En este sentit, ValER integrar\u00e0 el seu personal investigador en el Sistema d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Valenci\u00e0.<\/p><p>Amb la creaci\u00f3 de ValER, la Generalitat Valenciana complementa les pol\u00edtiques de captaci\u00f3 de talent que est\u00e0 desenrotllant a trav\u00e9s de programes com el <strong>Pla GenT<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant la contractaci\u00f3 de joves investigadors amb una traject\u00f2ria internacional reconeguda.
